Descriere
Main tasks
1.Apply the as-built procedure (always the latest revision) when elaborating the as-built documents
2.Follow the instructions of the Dessau Methodological Guide for As-built as much as possible when applied to your specific camp (document form varies from one camp to another)
3.Peer collaboration with the External Control As-built In-charge in elaborating the as-built documentation (which is made up of both Internal Control, External Control and Client’s documents)
4.Assignment of each as-built item to the personnel within each section (Earthworks, Structures, Pavement, Laboratory, Purchase Department, External Control)
5.Creation and/or provision of the necessary documents to be processed: cover pages, observation sheets, summary sheets that need to be filled up by each section responsible (with the proper explanation and exact requirement for each and every one – e.g. what documents to be scanned, what modifications to be made to the codes on the cover pages, observation sheets and summary sheets etc.)
6.Verification and correction of the documents received from the sections according to the as-built procedure and the Dessau Methodological Guide for As-built
7.Elaboration of follow-up tools of as-built progress (e.g.: Excel document where the progress is automatically calculated based on how many items were elaborated and/or submitted)
8.Enforce the timely elaboration of the required documents by the personnel in each section
9.Organize follow-up meetings on a regular basis. Participation to meetings with the in-charges of all camps is required on a regular basis (at HQ)
10.Elaborate the requirement for stationery and IT equipment and personnel (printers, scanners, personnel to attend them)
11.Archive all the documents into the Archive room in binders in the same order as the As-built numbering and keep track of all the modifications that are being operated.
Cerinte
- Very good level of French and English languages (both speaking and writing). This is a very important condition. Only candidates with very good knowledge of both French and English will be considered.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the field

Pai punem anunturi si pt alta categorie de oameni. Nu doar pt sudori si lacatusi.
Printre userii acestui forum se afla si ingineri ,sub-ingineri si tehnicieni.
