Offshore industry / Oil & gas refinery projects
Job description:
Our client, a large oil refinery group company of ADNOC is currently recruiting for its projects.
OFFSHORE:
• NDT Technicians to carry out various non-destructive tests on the pressure vessels piping, tanks, offshore platforms in the existing facilities for one year and to provide hands-on training for the employees (6-8 persons).
•List of applicable standards: ASNT (SNT – TC – 1A); API 570, API 510; API RP 2X; AWS D1.1; ASME B31.3/4/8; ASME SEC V.
•Candidate shall be qualified to a lvl 3 of ASNT or ISNT NDT in (but not limited to) UT or PCN NDT , MPT, DPT.
•Location: Turkmenistan
•Contract duration: 1 year with possible continuation
•Rotation 35/35
•Salary is to be negotiated directly with the candidate
• Senior Electronics/ Inst. / Controls Engineer to be fully responsible for developing Instrumentation & Control related Specifications for Green Field as well as Brown Field projects (both onshore and offshore) executed by the Department.
•Proficient in usage of International Codes & Standards, API Codes & Standards, General Engineering Standards, etc.
•Developing of instrumentation & control philosophies, C&E charts, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
•Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
•At least 15 years’ experience in Process Instrumentation and Controls in oil & gas sector (onshore and offshore)
•Good Problem Solving and Team Player
•Exposure to Smart Plant Instrumentation – INTOOLS 8.0 or equivalent Design Software
•Exposure to SKADA system
•Location: Dubai
•Contract duration: 1 year with possible continuation

• Senior Project Engineer (Major Projects) to be fully responsible for major projects executed by the Department as assigned from time to time.
- Degree in Engineering.
- At least 15 years’ Project Management experience in oil & gas sector
- Independent analytical ability
- A high level of financial control knowledge and ability to take fast decisions that are in the best interests of the Company
- Well conversant with project planning and capable of using a planning package
- Good Problem Solving and Team leadership skills
- Location: Dubai
•Contract duration: 1 year with possible continuation
•Salary is to be negotiated directly with the candidate
• Drilling Supervisor to supervises the onsite drilling activities and ensure that all operations are performed safely and efficiently and additionally, in the role of O.I.M., coordinate all simultaneous operations on the offshore installation.
•The candidate should be educated to a reasonable academic level and have twenty years experience in offshore and onshore drilling operations, five of which should be at supervisory level with an oil company.
•Good oral and written communication skills, Computer literate
•Must possess an internationally approved Well Control Certificate and have undertaken offshore survival and fire fighting courses. He will also possess a current offshore medical certificate.
•Supervise drilling operations and maintain performance
•Plan for material, equipment and service companies arrival
•Minimize rig downtime
•Support other rigs or Workover team as required.
•Location: Uzbekistan
•Rotation 35/35
•Salary is to be negotiated directly with the candidate; Daily rate 1 year; monthly rate 2 years. Subject to renewal

• Completion Engineer
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent science degree.
- 10-15 years international experience in operating oil companies (preferred) or otherwise with major contractors that supply completion equipment.
- 5-10 years expertise in engineering design of dual 15k completions, preferably with Baker Hughes equipment
- Advises on all technical related matters in completion operations, prepares well programmes, and compiles, documents, and generates all manner of technically related information.
•Prepares completion applications and reports
•Supervises the make-up, testing and running completions
•Provides technical advice and assistance during execution of the overall completion programmes
•Maintains accurate and current well files
•Prepares final well reports
- Rotation or full time staff position with frequent travels to the field
- Location: Dubai but involves frequent trips to the field
•Contract duration: 2 years
•Salary is to be negotiated directly with the candidate

ONSHORE:
Refinery Expansion project – all candidates should have minimum 5-7 years experience in oil refinery projects. English is a must.
